If I could give more than 5 stars I would, they are absolutely wonderful and I HIGHLY recommend them !! I returned home after being away several days to find my AC unit not working and it was 100+ degrees outside.  I called Heights AC and Heating and explained the situation, they were fully booked for the day but they heard the desperation in my voice and the owners themselves arrived at my house within an hour and they could not have been more kind and professional, they fixed the problem quickly  and took extra time to explain how my system worked and what they did to fix the problem....I am forever grateful to them and I will be a customer for life!!

These people are so good. They are responsive when you call and show up when they say they will. They have taken of me on weekends and and always been happy to help.

We had a great experience with Heights A/C & Heating. Started with getting an estimate to replace our AC. The appointment was scheduled much sooner than we expected. Mitch came out and was honest and answered all of our questions and discussed his estimate thoroughly. He was not rushed and it was clear he was not trying to pressure us on anything. He put us at ease and made us feel totally comfortable doing business with them. On installation day, Thomas (owner) showed up with crew as scheduled and they went right to work. Thomas explained everything and answered any questions we had throughout the day. Sarah (owner) also came by delivering parts and checking on the crew. It was evident to us that Thomas and Sarah were good, honest people and that we had made the right choice in choosing them. We are very pleased with our purchase and the installation process and look forward to being customers of Heights AC & Heating for a very long time.

My last hvac company folded. So I was in the search of a new company. I've went two years without maintenance but have done the basic stuff like replacing filters. Randy came over and made sure things were ready for the summer and even advised me how to keep my drain pipe clear with vinegar now and then. No hard selling, just simple and honest advice. I will be coming back again for maintenance and/or repair in the future. Thanks!

We have used Heights A/C & heating several times over the past couple of years to help with humidity to thermostat issues.  They have always been courteous, fast and cost conscious.  We have received great service from every member of their team from Sarah in the office to all the techs.  We would highly recommend!

A little more than a year ago, I had a complete new system (unit, furnace and duct work) installed by Heights AC in my house.  The process was fast and efficient (they were finished in a day) and the company was very pleasant to deal with (they left my house cleaner than before they arrived).  The unit has worked flawlessly...until yesterday, when the thermostat showed an error and the fan was not turning.  After a quick call to Heights AC, the owner and his wife were at my house in less than 2 hours.  Turns out, the problem was with my breaker and not the unit at all.  They fixed the issue, made a recommendation to have an electrician to review our breaker box and I was back in business.  Oh, they also refused to accept any payment for their work and time.

Again, amazing customer service!!

Another great experience with this company! Always prompt, call when they say they will, show up when they say they will, friendly and efficient. VERY reasonable charges. These people are awesome!!!

AC stopped cooling overnight. Called them first thing the next day and Mitch arrived within 30mins, diagnosed the problem, had the part on hand, and had our house cooling off again before my morning meetings even started! Pricing was fair and straightforward. Will definitely be using their services again if needed.
