First Generation Americans Thomas and Sarah Perez are a husband and wife team who founded Heights A/C & Heating in 2013.
The Perez family draws on years of industry experience, hard work ethic from the US Military, and customer service reminiscent of times forgotten.
Co-Owner Thomas Perez served in the US Army in Operation Iraqi Freedom as a Missile Technician. Upon returning to Houston, Thomas worked in HVAC as a Senior Installer and Technician. He has been in the HVAC industry for over 20 years.
Thomas has his HVAC Contractors license and is certified in installation of zoned communicating and non-communicating systems. He is especially skilled in high efficiency cooling and heating systems and is a Certified RUUD Comfort Specialist.
After marrying Sarah Perez in 2013, the couple created Heights A/C & Heating. Sarah is a proud member of Women in HVAC as a licensed HVACR Contractor as well as Office Manager, works full time with Thomas and the crew on installations, estimates, and service calls.
